Sometimes I don't hate cats

Usually I don't like cats. I don't really hate cats... i just like dogs better. What I do like about cats is that they have really unique personalities. One cat is really different from another. Dogs...often not so much. I think if you own a cat you must begin to start to understand what the hell is going on in their minds a little bit. Just a little. But sometimes I dont think you ever know. Like, what the hell is this one thinking? Not sure. There's a columnist for the SF Chronicle, Jon Carroll, that makes me like cats when i read his articles.
